We do our best to serve all your immigration and nationality law needs with
Excellence, Efficiency, and Compassion.
As long as I can remember I have always enjoyed helping people in need. Growing up in the gorgeous but poor Nicaragua gave me a strong sense of social responsibility. That’s why I love what I do.
I love leveling the playing field for my clients. I am proud and acutely aware of how I can make a difference in my clients’ lives and that is why I aggressively and strategically represent my clients interest from the beginning of the case to the end. We try to be a paperless office. This approach helps us reduce the cost of representation, and pass on those savings to you.
After working as an attorney in a few immigration law firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, where I learned irreplaceable experiences, I decided to start the J. Molina Law Firm. My goal is to always serve your Immigration and Nationality Law needs with excellence and integrity. That is why at the onset of every case I develop a strategy, a plan, and ensure we have the best communication possible. Whether you need help asserting your rights in immigration court or need a visa for an employee from another country, I can help.
When I am not working, I spend my time with my family. I met my beautiful wife, Felicia, in Austin, Texas where I attended the University of Texas. We later moved to Fort Worth and I attended the Texas A&M School of Law. Felicia and I are the proud parents of Jorge and Alejandro. I also try to give back to my community by helping different non-profit organizations and I am the supervising attorney for the Ruth Project in Fort Worth, Texas.
